The upgrade improved transparency, dual-streaming reliability, AI-assisted transcription accuracy, and operational efficiency—while eliminating paper-heavy processes and reducing staff workload. Funded through previously unused capital funds, the project delivered long-term fiscal savings and positioned the Borough as a model for small-municipality innovation.
